RCV PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS INTRODUCES RCV 1-PIECE PROP SHAFT FOR POLARIS RZR

 

 ROCKFORD, IL. (January 12, 2017) – RCV Performance Products specializes in industry leading quality parts for countless motorsports applications from Ultra4 race cars, Pro4 trucks, to trail Jeeps and Toyotas, and now UTVs.  All products from RCV are 100% Made in the USA, and are strength tested in-house. 

RCV Performance Products is introducing the all-new 1-piece prop shaft to our UTV line featuring new specially designed CVs at both ends. This design eliminates all vibration and carrier bearing noise with the Polaris XP1000 and XP Turbo! The RCV design eliminates any concern of carrier bearing failure or u-joint phasing.  The new RCV prop shaft is made from 0.120” wall 4130 chromoly tubing and 300M CV components that ensure strength.  Prop shaft and components are completely sealed and rebuildable.  A safety loop has been designed that bolts to the factory carrier bearing mount to contain the prop shaft.   Custom lengths available.
